ADHD routine
What it means
An ADHD routine is a daily structure designed for a brain that finds it hard to start, switch and remember. Instead of long checklists, it relies on a few fixed anchors (waking up, meals, bedtime), cues that come from outside your head and steps small enough to pick up again after a missed morning.
How to use it
Choose three anchors you already have every day and attach one small action to each. Make every cue external: a notification at the moment you need to act, not an hour before. Judge the routine by how easily you restart it, not by how long your streak is.
Try it: what you write, what LifeOS does
- “every day at 8am take medication” → A daily reminder at 8:00 that arrives as a push notification you can mark done or snooze.
