Terms of Service
LifeOS is a planner and routine app. By using it you agree to these terms.
- Seller: LifeOS is a product of Lumnika, which sells LifeOS Pro and is your counterparty for every payment. Payments are processed by Stripe and appear on your card or bank statement as “LUMNIKA”.
- You are responsible for the content you store and for keeping your access token private.
- The service is provided as is, without warranty; we may change or discontinue features.
- Pro is sold through Stripe as a monthly or annual (yearly) subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel; you can cancel at any time from Settings and access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Lifetime means Pro for as long as LifeOS is operated, with no further charges. If we ever shut the service down we will give at least 30 days’ notice, and you can export all your data from Settings at any time.
- Refunds: within 14 days of any payment (monthly, yearly or lifetime) write to us from the Contact page and we refund it in full. A refunded or disputed payment ends the Pro access it paid for.
- Do not use the service for unlawful activity or to abuse the API.
