Chronotype
What it means
A chronotype is the body clock you are born with: the times of day when you naturally get sleepy, wake up and think most clearly. Early types, often called larks, peak in the morning; late types, or owls, come alive in the afternoon and evening; most people sit somewhere in between. Chronotype shifts with age but barely moves with willpower.
How to use it
To find yours, note when you fall asleep and wake up on free days without an alarm. Then pick a wake time you can keep every day, and move your most demanding work towards your natural peak instead of copying someone else's 5am routine.
Try it: what you write, what LifeOS does
- “I wake up at 8” → Sets your wake time, so every morning plan starts from 8:00 instead of an early-bird default.
